ForeSight Consulting LLC was founded in 2004 by Todd Bauer as a civil engineering company providing innovation in land surveying, land development, and landscape architecture. Todd saw a need in the Fort Wayne area for a civil engineering firm that was committed to the success of its clients and their projects. That need has been met on over 300 jobs by Todd and his dedicated team. In just a few years ForeSight has earned a reputation for their high-quality work and integrity.
Prior to establishing ForeSight Consulting LLC, Todd worked for a regional consulting engineering firm in Indianapolis and then served as a principal for a Fort Wayne area engineering and land-surveying firm. In starting his own company, Todd tapped into the boundless energy of an enthusiastic team of young professionals to bring fresh ideas and implementation to all aspects of land surveying, land development, and landscape architecture.
We strive to be an integral part of your project team, and fully incorporate a collaborative design approach to every project. Through an integrated design approach and with the input of each and every team member, we believe that the best possible solution to the client’s needs and requirements can be met. To that end ForeSight continues to invest in our staff in to maintain a competitive advantage in the market place through an understanding of the issues faced by our clients. Our staff annually participates in continuing education seminars, programs and educational functions to maintain a working knowledge of trends and issues impacting our clientele and their industries. Through our involvement with local and state professional associations we expand our knowledge base and understanding of current trends to better serve our clients, and advise them of continuing changes in the marketplace.
